Marius Nicolau has over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry. As a senior industry leader, he has held direct responsibility for loan purchasing and underwriting operations at the largest mortgage company in the industry and was among the first to implement large-scale computer-based imaging and loan indexing systems.

He has also managed an industry-leading credit reporting service provider and a flood determination company. Under his leadership, the operations he directed were consistently recognized for exceptional customer service and for developing innovative products later adopted by peers across the industry.

As Chief Operating Officer of Dignified Home Loans, Marius oversees company-wide operations and actively originates a broad spectrum of loan products, including conventional, jumbo, government, reverse, Non-QM, and private money lending.

Marius holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance from California State University, Northridge.
